AusFlightSim is in a stage of phenomenal growth and is poised to take the flight simulation scene by storm. We have a unique brand that is constantly etching its way into becoming the premiere news, information and all encompassing resource website for Australian and global flight simulation enthusiasts. We present our users with a single point of call for all of their flight simulation needs. Users are encouraged to express their opinions and have their say about issues relating to them and their experiences. This keeps them coming back, often daily. With this in mind, our advertisers have a great opportunity to expose their products, services and brands to our expanding user base with a potentially significant return on investment.

Advertisements are delivered via the main AusFlightSim website as well as our growing network of sponsored "hangar" websites. Hangar sites are maintained by individuals or organisations who use the web space to further their flight simulation related projects. The Hangar Sites service is provided by AusFlightSim for little or no remuneration. In exchange, the site must publish advertising content to at least one ad unit in a prominent area.

Your advertisements are delivered across the AusFlightSim network using our very own AdCast technology, rather than employing the services of an external agency. AdCast is capable of delivering ads in many formats to numerous industry standard ad unit layouts. We currently allow advertisements in GIF, JPG, PNG and HTML format only. Available ad units are described below followed by our current advertising rates.

Ad Units Ad Unit 1 - Banner 468x60 This is the primary ad unit for the site displaying a horizontal 468x60 banner at the top right hand portion of the screen on all pages of the site. Ad Unit 2 - Banner 120x240 This is a secondary ad unit displaying a vertical 120x240 banner on the left hand pane of the site below the major navigation area on all pages of the site. Ad Unit 3 - Banner 300x250 This is a secondary ad unit displaying a 300x250 box centred below all content areas on all pages of the site. Ad Unit 4 - Banner 120x60 This is a tertiary ad unit displaying a button sized 120x60 below the Vertical Banner ad unit on all pages of the site. Homepage Strip - Banner 468x15 This is a tertiary ad unit displaying a banner sized 468x15 centred above the first news item on the homepage only. Hangar site participants may elect to publish any one or more of these available ad units on their sites.

Invoices for advertising on AusFlightSim will be sent via PayPal to your email address. Unless you have established prior credit with AusFlightSim, invoices must be paid within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the ad will be disabled until payment is received.
